How to

  1. Brush teeth with the Rapid White Charcoal Toothpaste
  2. Shape dental trays using hot (not boiling) water
  3. Fill dental trays with whitening gel
  4. Apply accelerator to teeth
  5. Place prepared dental trays in mouth & leave for 10 minutes
  6. Remove trays & rinse mouth with water
  7. Brush teeth with Rapid White Instant Whitening Toothpaste
